All delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
DeskForgeHQ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, supply interruptions, holidays, incorrect shipping information provided by customers, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

DeskForgeHQ is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with DeskForgeHQ.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and DeskForgeHQ, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with DeskForgeHQ.

THIS MAY INCLUDE LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANOTHER LEGAL THEORY.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DeskForgeHQ, Shopify, and their applicable affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or reasonable legal fees arising from:
1. Your material breach of these Terms.
2. Your violation of applicable law.
3. Your violation of another person’s rights.
4. Your unlawful access to or use of the Services.
We will provide reasonable notice of an indemnifiable claim where practical.
We may participate in or control the defense of such claims as permitted by applicable law.
